1 x diced onion
4 x small diced beetroot
cube of butter
tblspn olive oil
tblspn rice
tblspn pearl barley
chili flakes
fry onion, beets in butter & oil
when turning add rice & barley & tspn chili flakes
add 300-500ml water
handblender
needed no salt and no pepper
